Hey, I’m Priyasha and i’m a fitness fanatic. But we can talk about me later, let’s focus on the fitness of it all.
The 30 day challenge is for people who want to hit the reset button. 30 days of no junk food or ‘cheat meals’ just healthy, nutritious food and the gym.
We will be working out 5 times in the week. Cardio for 30 minutes, and strength for 45.
It will be hard, but completely worth it. At the end of 30 days you will be completely healthy and you will never crave junk food again. Thats a promise.
The goal here isn’t skinny, it’s healthy 🙂
