Day 1: Diet

Firstly, that workout was HARD. But i like it that way. 

I ate completely clean today and didn’t really have any cravings.

Breakfast: 1 slice whole wheat toast with peanut butter and banana

Lunch: 1/2 serving rice with veggies and yogurt

Snack: Banana

Dinner: Veggies, 1/2 serving rice with yogurt

Dessert: Banana with peanut butter. 

Okay, don’t judge, I just love bananas 🙂 

I really hope you guys are doing this challenge with me! if so, stay strong, cause we are going to shred some fat.
