Day 1

I woke up feeling amazing and ready to kill my workouts. 

Todays workout is focused on Triceps, Butt and Lower abs.

Workout-

30 minutes cardio

tricep dips – 10×4

tricep extensions- 10×4

squat – 20×5

lunge with twist (weighted) – 15×4

single leg squat – 10×3

leg lifts – 10×4

bicycle crunch – 10×4

plank – hold for 1 minute 15 seconds
