Day 4

I was tired and there was junk food surrounding me today but I should shook my head and ate my clean food. I decided to take a rest day from the gym and just watch Grey’s Anatomy and im glad I did 🙂  

Today’s diet-

breakfast –  Oatmeal with apple and honey

Snack – bananas

lunch- rice with veggies

snack- carrots and cucumbers

dinner- whole wheat sandwich with cottage cheese and veggies
