Day 17

Hello lovlies 🙂
I felt so much better after a good nights sleep and some One Direction music. I still think I need to take the rest of the week of from the gym. But I still want you guys to workout (if you’re not sick) so here are a bunch of workouts 🙂 These workouts are from blogilates.com and toneitup.com (check them out)

Todays diet-

breakfast- 2 slices whole wheat french toast 

snack- stir fried cauliflower

lunch- 2 oatmeal pancakes with strawberry jam and protein powder

dinner- tomato soup with 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese
