Day 25- sat
So I’m officially sick again I ate something bad and got food poisoning.. So today’s diet was just filled with tea, tablets and rice with yogurt. My workout? Sleep.
Also had to have some sips of coke to stop the nausea. Not a good day..
Day 26 and 27-
I had more tea and lots of bland things. Whenever I looked at food I felt sick. But I’m back home which is good. I lost a kg cause my appetite decreased during the trip but I expect it to go back to 47 when I get back to normal, that’s fine by me 😏
