Lunch- 1/2 serving rice with veggies and yogurt 
Snack- protein shake 
Dinner- whole wheat thin crust medium pizza with olives 
WOD 
– weighted walking lunges 12
– burpees 10
– squat with twist 10 
– twisted plank :30
– Arnold press 10
– dead lift to bent over row
