Can’t wait for the August Abs challenge to start! I am pretty sure with a clean diet, no cheats, no sugar, HIIT workouts 3x a week, lots of heavy lifting and ab workouts for a month, we will look GREAT! Yup, that’s right, it’ll kind of be like the no junk food challenge cause we won’t be eating any cheats on the weekends either. Abs are made in the kitchen!
