Ways to de-bloat fast

We’ve all been there.It’s  the day after your ‘treat day’ you look like a balloon! Well theres a way to make sure you’re back to your beautiful self in no time! 

1. Drink hot lemon water in the morning. If you hate lemon water a nice mug of green tea with ginger will do 🙂

2. Do some detox yoga. Check it out from the link given.

3. Eat some papaya or pineapple. It is AMAZING for revealing those abs. 

4. Drink tons of water. Aim for 8 glasses.

5. Fill up on fiber! 

6. Before you sleep drink the same tea you drank in the AM
