Week 2 challenges

Hey guys! Things are going to get harder this week, but that’s good. 

This weeks challenges-

1. Do HIIT 4x for 30 minutes. But this time, we’re going to be running for 2 minutes and resting for walking for 1. 

2. No cheat meals at all this week. 

3. Drink 10 glasses of water

4. keep eating oats and almonds everyday followed by drinking 2 cups of green tea.

5. Do heavy lifting for 45 minutes. Daily routines will be posted.
