Today’s workout is going to be intense. Week 2 isn’t going to be fun, but it’s going to get results 🙂


outer thighs, lower abs and shoulder 

30 minute HIIT 

12×4 weighted squats 

12×4 twisted lunges 

12×3 curtsy lunges 

12×4 shoulder press 

5×3 push ups 

10×4 flies 

10×3 front raises 

10×4 leg lifts

12×4 reverse crunches

12×4 roll ups 

12×4 bi crunches 

30×3 plank

cool down
