When we’re sick, we feel way too tired to even think about the gym. But in some cases, even when you are sick, the cure is to exercise! There’s just one simple rule: If you’re sick ‘above the neck’ (like a head ache, runny nose etc.) A nice run always makes you feel better, but if you’re sick ‘Below the neck’ Stay at home 🙂 I’m sick again.. I honestly don’t know what’s wrong with my immune system sometimes. Even when I eat very healthy nothing seams to work.. -_- So I can’t complete some of my challenges for this week which is very disappointing. There’s clearly something wrong with my diet, but what?
