How to never binge on a bad day.

Today was terrible. I missed my morning workout (slept through the alarm) and my first day was filled with terrible-ness. There’s a possibility I won’t be able to study nutrition for the next 2 years, and hearing that just kills me. Nutrition is my life. Usually when I feel really terrible, I look into the fridge for some candy and coke. But there is a way to just stay binge-free on a bad day! 🙂 

1. First take a deep breath, and solve the problems you have. There is always a solution. You just need to think.

2. If you want to eat the entire chocolate bar, eat 2 tiny cubes instead. You’ll be thankful. Imagine you’ve been feeling so awful and then to top it off you’re bloated and regretful for what you ate? You’re just adding to the problems!

3. Drink a cup of chamomile tea, calm down and watch some Grey’s Anatomy. 

4. Go to the gym. Bad days= Awesome workout. 

5. Talk to someone!

Being healthy doesn’t only mean eating right and working out, it also means you know how to deal with you’re day to day problems in the healthiest way! 

And there is no doubt everyone has their bad days, especially in High school :p
