Hi guys. So today we’re going to talk about green tea. We all know it’s awesome for it’s anti-oxidants and boosting you’re meta rate but it also does one more important thing. If you’re stomach is covered with a layer of fat, it’s a major health risk. The fat covers you’re organs (the fat is called omentum). The fat gets larger and larger. You can shrink the omentum by consuming green tea which contains Catechin which needs to be paired with CLA (Conjugated linoleic acid). You can find CLA from mushrooms, red meat, and dairy. When the catechin is paired with the CLA is triggers the shrinking process! So eat (and drink) up!
This week i’m going to be doing yoga for a longer period of time and pairing it with some extra lifting 😀
also this september I’m going to be focusing on my arms and legs. Everyone goes crazy about abs that we neglect the other muscles I’m going to be doing so much more lifting and make my cardio sessions 20 minutes. I’m also going to concentrate on posting at least 3 recipes on my blog a week 😀
