What to expect this September.

The amazing abs august challenge went very well for me. I actually like the way I look now! And I think that making a theme for every month is just fun 😉 So this month I am challenging myself to post at least 3 healthy recipes per week. This month I’m focusing on my arms and lifting. I’m going to be researching on gaining muscle and yoga, so expect many posts about that!
