Mango & Pomegranate smoothie.
What you need:-
- Your choice of low fat yogurt
- Frozen mango
- 1/2 cup cold green tea (to rev up your meta rate!)
- Add everything to the blender, and then blend 😉
- be awesome for the rest of the day 😀
