Eating things in moderation.

I just wanted to let you guys know that after my junk food challenge (remember that?) I have been letting myself eat some chocolate everyday. When I say some I don’t mean an entire bar I mean 2 cubes. It feels nice to not be so strict about everything. If you’re eating healthy for the rest of the day and you’re active for the entire day, having treats in moderation won’t do anything!
