Day 2

Feeling AMAZING. Gosh, I love challenges. I let myself eat a slice of cake today, and it feels good to not be stressed about things anymore ^_^ Also ate some salad with my dinner (fish, rice, yogurt) So all the factors of the challenge have been done for the day. Everything except my night time yoga.. 

I’ll only be able to get myself back to the gym by Thursday, but right now I’m enjoying the long yoga sessions and getting a lot of time to experiment in the kitchen.

Challenge for tomorrow: Pair up the Pilates routine below with the daily routine 🙂 

Keep pushing yourself 🙂 You’ll thank me later.
