Hey guys 🙂 It’s Friday morning!! Woohoo.
Yesterday I decided to weigh myself and I noticed that I had gained a kg.. I wasn’t surprised. I haven’t been so serious about what I was eating, and I was being extremely lazy about the gym. In some cases of course even If I wanted to go to the gym, I couldn’t. So because of my little ‘weight gain’ I feel motivated to kick-ass today. I’m going to go back to my normal 46 kgs.
Okay that was just a little up date. I also just finished my AM abs routine.
