Day 19

Hey guys. I was too sore to do any heavy lifting at the gym today, so I did tons of cardio to loosen up my muscles and then I did 100 squats an 50 lunges (my legs were the only things that weren’t that sore) and 120 calve pulses. My house was filled with McDonalds today, but I didn’t have a bite. 😀 I just ate my boiled eggs and sweated my ass off at the gym.
