Day 20

Hi guys, today I had a rest day from the gym. I ate some popcorn watched some tv and also did some pop pilates. But I did eat not so strictly today, which I’m okay with. Only cause I know how hard I’m going to go this weekend. I’m done with ‘chilling’ on weekends. Now it’s going to be me, the gym and a kitchen filled with healthy shit 😀
