Quiche and Biceps.

Hey guys, I was bored so I made some healthy quiche. Image

The recipe if very simple. Just take a bunch of your favourite veggies, cut them up and stir fry them with olive oil till it’s cooked. Then add in 2 beaten eggs (make sure it’s frothy) and add all the veggies in, and put it in the pre-heated oven till it’s cooked. Now that I’m filled with healthy food, I have a date with some heavy dumbells and his friend the barbell 🙂

12×4 barbell bicep curls 

12×4 bicep curls with dumbells 

8×3 push ups 

12×4 leg lifts 

12×4 V sits 

12×4 double crunches
