Breakfast Pizza

Hey guys 🙂 I decided it was time for a recipe post. So this is very easy to make, it has 35g of protein and it’s carb free. So eat this with a banana, cause I don’t want you to skip your carbs. See how much I care about you guys? 🙂
You will need-
– 3 egg whites and 1 yolk
– 1 chopped tomato
– 3 chopped medium-sized mushrooms
– 1 tbsp grated cheese
– 2 tsp salt

Method-
– First mix the egg mixture with your salt.
– stir fry your tomato and mushrooms till it’s cooked and soft
– on another pan, make your omelet. Then add the tomato and mushroom, which acts as the sauce to your pizza.
– Top it with cheese and put it in the over till the cheese is melted. You can also add extra toppings like peppers or some turkey for extra protein.
