Wake up and just smash all your goals. Go for a run, do some HIIT, lift some weights, just move. Eat a big breakfast later, because if you want to kick some ass, you need to have energy. Don’t let anybody get in your way, if someone thinks you can’t do it you have one more reason to prove them wrong. Concentrate. Focus. Don’t complain. Don’t make excuses. Make goals and then conquer them. Do this because your body deserves to be treated like a god.
Be a beast and don’t whine, just work. The reason I’m saying these things is because everyone lacks motivation and trust in themselves at times, but just remember that you are a boss who can accomplish whatever you set your mind to. Now this isn’t only with being fit, if you want to do anything, just know you can and will do it. Life is going to throw so many obstacles at you, and sometimes it’s going to seem impossible to be happy and stay sane, but you can do it. Show everyone and yourself that you will never give up and that you will never go down without a fight.
