PR’s and Food Scales

My food scale has arrived (you can guess from the title) and I hit some new PR’s today. So many things are distracting me from tomorrows exam, but oh well.

Hit new PR’s with upright rows, shoulder presses and bent over rows. I can now do upright rows and bent over rows with the 20kg barbell and shoulder presses with 15kg. Loving the strength gains 🙂 I won’t be tracking macros today cause my scale just arrived (it’s evening time now) but from tomorrow I will be eagerly measuring EVERYTHING. Yes. I’m getting my nerd on.
