Day 8

So today I had my weekly ‘weigh in’ and I lost a kg! Getting closer to my goal weight =) I also couldn’t go to the gym today cause I didn’t have a ride but instead I went for a long walk to the super market to by me some veggies and whole wheat pasta for dinner. Better than nothing, right? 🙂

Todays diet- 

breakfast- 2 slices whole wheat toast with peanut butter and banana

lunch- 1/2 serving rice with veggies 

snack- mango and banana ice cream (frozen and blended fruit)

dinner- whole wheat pasta with spinach and mushrooms

Everything is going very well 🙂 don’t even miss junk food anymore!
